At a glance, we're a little all over the culinary map this week, but that's fun. We don't do much lamb around here, but I wanted to try it in another format besides a meatball. Curious what you think. Some vegetable packed noodles, a light salad, and a simple smoothie idea for those who enjoy matcha (if you do not, just change course completely and maybe do peanut butter, cocoa powder and maybe a splash of leftover coffee for kicks).

I definitely recommended some good sourdough bread with this or, even better.. a grilled cheese. I used sourdough bread, gruyere, and prosciutto. So good!
