What's Cooking?!

Happy Friday!

At a glance, we're a little all over the culinary map this week, but that's fun. We don't do much lamb around here, but I wanted to try it in another format besides a meatball. Curious what you think. Some vegetable packed noodles, a light salad, and a simple smoothie idea for those who enjoy matcha (if you do not, just change course completely and maybe do peanut butter, cocoa powder and maybe a splash of leftover coffee for kicks).

I definitely recommended some good sourdough bread with this or, even better.. a grilled cheese. I used sourdough bread, gruyere, and prosciutto. So good!

This isn’t your average boring quinoa salad. The vinaigrette has so much flavour and tossing it together while the quinoa is still warm helps to soak it all up.
